Palmara consistently supports farmers throughout the cultivation, harvesting, and production of organic coconut sugar to maintain the quantity and quality of the product.
In addition to on-farm support, Palmara actively provides Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support to farmers, such as build clean kitchens, distributing foodgrade sap container, charitable donations, and of course, assistance through the organic certification program.

Palmara applies food safety standars with ISO 22000 : 2018 Food Safety Management System in every line of the production process to produce coconut sugar products that are healthy and safe for consumption.
